Lead Generation Funnel for Real Estate Agency

Evergreen Properties Ltd., a fast-scaling real estate agency in Lagos, contacted us to help them build a high-converting sales funnel to generate qualified leads for their newly launched estate plots. Their major pain point was having too many unqualified inquiries and no automated way to filter or follow up.

We created a 3-step funnel using Systeme.io that educated, captured, and nurtured potential clients:

  1. Landing Page with a brief overview and interest form

  2. Qualification Quiz to identify serious buyers

  3. Automated Email Sequence to build trust and drive conversions

We also integrated WhatsApp follow-up, Calendly bookings for site inspection, and Meta Pixel for retargeting.

🔹 Qualification Quiz: Asked 5 quick questions like “Are you ready to buy within the next 30 days?” and “Preferred location & budget?”

🔹 Email Automation: Once leads submitted, they entered a 5-email series that:

  • Answered FAQs

  • Shared inspection videos

  • Displayed testimonials

  • Created urgency with countdown offers

🔹 WhatsApp + Calendly Integration: Qualified leads were sent directly to the sales team for follow-up and allowed to book a physical or virtual site tour.
